Environmental Management
IMPARAT was among the first companies in Schleswig-Holstein to introduce an environmental management system. Certification under the former EC Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS) Regulation was obtained as early as 1998.
Today, our business processes are supported by an integrated management system. ISO 9001 certification confirms the application of defined quality management processes and their continuous development.
Safe Manufacturing
For the manufacture of our paints and coatings, we rely on modern production facilities and defined processes. Regular training supports our employees in implementing quality, safety and environmental requirements in their daily work. As a member of the German Paint and Printing Ink Association (VdL), we take into account the VdL Guidelines on “Environment, Health Protection and Safety”.
Product Responsibility
When selecting raw materials, we take technical, quality-related and application-specific requirements into account from the outset. Our aim is to develop high-performance products for a wide range of applications in both interior and exterior areas.
Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) are available for numerous products. These provide standardized information on product-specific environmental data and can be used as part of building certification schemes and sustainability assessments.
